Thom Brooks Life story
Thomas "Thom" Brooks, FRHistS, FAcSS, FRSA, FHEA is an American-British political philosopher and legal scholar. He has been Professor of Law and Government at Durham University since 2014, and was the Dean of Durham Law School from 2016 to 2021. He was previously a lecturer then Reader at Newcastle University.
