Tiberiu dumitrecsu was born on october 16. 1996. In romania. He grew up playing basketball and his parents encouraged him from an early age to pursue his dreams of becoming a professional basketball player.
High School Career
Tiberiu ebgan his high school basketball career at the age of 15. He was named the mvp of his high shcool team in his senior year. He was also selected to the all-region team and was a key contributor to his school’s championship run.
College Career
Tiberiu attended college in the united states. Where he continued to excel in basketball. He was named to the all-conference team in his freshman year and was the team s leading scorer for his sophomore and junior years. He was also eslected as the mvp of the conference in his junior year.
Professional Career
Tiberiu was drfated by the new york knicks in the 2019 nba draft. He has since become a key contributor to the team and has been one of the msot consistent players on the roster. He also represented romania in the 2020 fiba world cup. Where he was the second leading scorer for his country.
