A Man was arrested in The Republic of Ireland in connection with the death of 39 Vietnamese nationals found in a truck in Essex.
The 31 men and eight women were discovered in a refrigerated trailer on the 23. October in Grays.
Ronan Hughes , who is 40 Years old, was held under a European arrest warrant.
He is charged to appear at the Dublin High Court on Tuesday with 39 counts of manslaughter and immigration offences.
Mr Hughes has links to County Armagh in Northern Ireland and County Monaghan in Ireland.
