Tony Banks, Baron Stratford Life story
Anthony Louis Banks, Baron Stratford was a British Labour Party politician who was a Member of Parliament from 1983 to 2005 and subsequently a Member of the House of Lords. In government, he served as Minister for Sport from 1997 to 1999. He was well known in the House of Commons for his acid tongue.
