Tony K. Burris Life story
Tony Kenneth Burris was a Choctaw soldier in the United States Army during the Korean War. He posthumously received the Medal of Honor for his actions on October 8–9, 1951, during the Battle of Heartbreak Ridge. He is buried in Blanchard Cemetery, Blanchard, Oklahoma.
