Tower Duo

Tower duo is a fan term for the Legendary duo of Johto that consists of Lugia and Ho-Oh. Lugia and Ho-Oh are the guardian of the seas and the skies, respectively, and are often regarded as polar opposites. Lugia, the mascot of Pokémon Silver and Pokémon SoulSilver, represents the sea, storms, and the color silver.
