About Transitional Justice Commission
The Transitional Justice Commission is an independent government agency of the Republic of China, established by the Executive Yuan on May 31, 2018. The commission is responsible for the investigation of actions taken by the Kuomintang between August 15, 1945 and November 6, 1992.
