About Two Tickets To Broadway
Nancy Peterson (Janet Leigh) comes from her tiny hometown to New York with dreams of Broadway stardom. At the bus station, her luggage accidentally gets mixed up with singer Dan Carter's (Tony Martin) bags. The two begin working on a musical act with Dan backed by Nancy and her friends. Dan's agent, Lew Conway (Eddie Bracken), promises them a spot on a popular TV show but can't get a meeting with the show's producer. Now in love with Dan, Nancy is devastated when she learns Lew has been lying.
