Tyrone Township is a civil township of Livingston County in the U. S. state of Michigan. The population was 10,004 at the 2010 census. Tyrone Township is home to the Sergeant Patrick O' Rourke Memorial Highway, a highway honoring fallen West Bloomfield Officer Patrick O' Rourke, who was killed in the line of duty.
