" But a reverence for trusting that such beliefs lead to certain consequences, however unfounded, has been practiced for centuries and endures to this day, whether it involves a fear of Friday the 13th, a rabbit's foot fending off evil, or crossing one's fingers for luck. Comic George Lopez is fascinated by the subject, having been raised in a very superstitious home in Mexico.
