About Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park
Parque Nacional Vicente Pérez Rosales is a protected area in southern Chile's Lake District. It's known for Petrohué Falls, which flow down volcanic rock chutes etched by lava. Nearby are the green waters of Lake Todos los Santos and the snow-capped Osorno Volcano to the west. Tronador Volcano is visible in the far east on the Argentinean border. The park is crossed by trails and is home to pumas and tiny pudú deer.
