Vichai Maleenont Life story
Media baron Vichai Maleenont, the founder of broadcaster BEC World, died in October 2018. He was its chairman until 2016 when he stepped down due to poor health, handing charge to son Prasan, who died a few months later. BEC World is now run by younger son Prachum, who is vice chairman and group CEO.
