Victor Brailovsky Life story
Dr Victor Brailovsky is a computer scientist, mathematician, aliyah activist and a former Israeli politician. He served as Minister of Science and Technology for six days in 2004. In May 1986 Brailovsky was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree from the Open University in England.
