Viktor Nazarenko Life story
Viktor Oleksandrovych Nazarenko is a Ukrainian military leader, veteran of the Soviet–Afghan War, and doctor of military sciences. From October 2014 until July 2017 Nazarenko was the head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
