Vlix Oncard

Vlix Oncard was a Male Annoo-dat Blue who worked as the head of security for the infamous Fromm Gang, reporting directly to Sise Fromm. He was a close friend and confidant of Tig Fromm, and was fiercely loyal to the family. Vlix also served on the Trigon One before it was destroyed.
