Voltan Life story
Voltan is the main antagonist of the 2001 screwball-comedy movie, The Curse of the Jade Scorpion. He is a hypnotist/magician and amateur criminal. He is played by David Ogden Stiers, who also plays John Ratcliffe, Mr. Maellard and the Penguin.
