Waigwa Wachira

Waigwa was a professor of drama and theatre at the University of Nairobi and the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Dramatic Art in 2006. Born on November 5, 1949, in Muruguru, Nyeri, he is survived by his wife and two children, Wachira and Nzisa.
