About Watcher Informant
The Watcher Informant is a being who travels the universe and reports on his adventures to the Watchers. He frequently visited Earth on various occasions, dating as far back as 1943 until at least 2018, and other planets such as Xandar and Sakaar in 2014 and 2017 respectively.
