Watchers Reborn

The government has lost control of the Outsider, an experimental life-form bred to kill. Seeking to cover up what's been done, agents from the National Security Agency start eliminating everyone involved with the project, which spurs Dr. Grace Hudson (Lisa Wilcox) to run for her life. She seeks out Jack Murphy (Mark Hamill), a detective whose partner was recently murdered by the Outsider. As government assassins close in, they must rely on the few resources they have left, including a dog.
