About Waver Velvet
Waver Velvet is the Master of Rider in the Fourth Holy Grail War of Fate/Zero. He later became known as Lord El-Melloi II, a highly respected professor within the Mage's Association and the main protagonist of the Lord El-Melloi II Case Files.
