Whippy is a training monster who appears in the episode Cowardly Creature, and is perhaps one of Nightmare Enterprises' most important monsters. He, along with the other clowns at N.M.E., is the monster that trains the newer monsters, such as Poppy Bros. Jr. and Mr. Frosty.
