Wilborn Hampton Life story
Wilborn Hampton was born in Dallas in 1940. Two years after the assassination of President Kennedy, he was transferred to the New York U. P. I. office and was subsequently assigned to London and Rome as a foreign correspondent. He was also an editor at The New York Times Book Review.
