Willard Pehall Bounds Life story
Bounds is named for Willard Pehall Bounds was a U.S. Marshall and blacksmith. While working on the Nez Perce Reservation in Idaho, his wife Jeanette had a daughter named Lillian Marie Bounds. Willard died on the June 24 of 1916 due to heart trouble and Bright's disease when Lillian was only seventeen years-old.
