William E. DeMars

William DeMars is Professor and Chair of the Department of Government at Wofford College, South Carolina. He has studied NGOs operating in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Central America and East Asia and is the author of NGOs and Transnational Networks (Pluto, 2005).
