Willy Seiler Life story
Willy Seiler was a German printmaker known for his hand-colored etchings of life in rural Japan. Born in Dresden, Seiler set off from Germany in 1928 to travel the world. Following World War II, he settled in Karuizawa, Japan, There he produced etchings and paintings of Japanese life.
