Wurstsalat

Wurstsalat is a tart sausage salad prepared with distilled white vinegar, oil and onions. A variation of the recipe adds stripes of pickled gherkin. It is normally made from a sort of boiled sausage like Lyoner, stadtwurst, Regensburger Wurst or extrawurst.
