Xuebin Zhang

Xuebin Zhang is a Principal Research Scientist working at Australia CSIRO Oceans and Atmosphere Division. He obtained his Ph. D. in Oceanography from University of Washington (U.S.) and had his postdoctoral training at Scripps Institution of Oceanography (U.S.).
