Yan Gaoqing Life story
Yan Gaoqing (顏杲卿; 692 – 756) was a Chinese official who served as Grand Protector of Changshan Commandery during the Tang dynasty. A native of Linyi, Langya Commandery, he acquired his profession due to the privileges he inherited from his family. He was the cousin of Yan Zhenqing and father of Yan Jiming.
