Yoav Tzafir Life story
Yoav Tzafir (b. 1968) is an Israeli actor, director and editor. In 1990, he starred in the second wave of Shalom Sesame episodes as Yoav, one of the human leads living on Rechov Sumsum. He also dubbed his voice for the Shalom Sumsum version of the series.
