Yuri Matochkin Life story
Yuri Semyonovich Matochkin, also spelled Yury Matochkin, was a Russian politician. He was the first post-Soviet governor of Kaliningrad Oblast, having been appointed to that position by Boris Yeltsin in September 1991.
