About Ýylanly
Ýylanly or Yilanli is a town and capital of Gurbansoltan Eje District in the Daşoguz Province of Turkmenistan. As of 2009 it had an estimated population of 26,901. The town was for some time named after Gurbansoltan Eje, the mother of the former president Saparmurat Niyazov.
