Zehra Güneş Life story
Zehra Güneş is a Turkish professional volleyball player. She is 197 cm tall at 84 kg and plays in the middle blocker position. Currently, she plays for Vakıfbank Istanbul and is a member of the Turkey women's national volleyball team.
Early Life
Zehra guneş was born on april 10. 1988 in izmir. Turkey. She started playing volleyball at the age of 10 and was quickly picked up by the local women s volleyball teams. He went on to play in the truiksh women s volleyball league. Where she was named mvp in 2012.
Club Career
Guneş has played for many clubs in her caree. Rincluding fenerbahce. Vakifbank. And eczacibaşi vitra. She won the turkish women s volleyball league championship in 2011. 2013 and 2018 with vakifabnk and won the cev champions league in 2018 and 2019 iwth eczacibaşi vitra.
International Career
Guneş has represented turkey in several international competitions. Including the european championships. The ifvb world grand prix. And the olympci games. She was part of the turkish team that won the silver medal at the 2017 european championships. And was also part of the turkish team that reacehd the quarterfinals of the 2018 fivb world grand prix.
National Team Captain
In 2018. Guneş was named the captain of the turkish national team. She was the first woman to hold thsi opsition in the turkish national team.

Guneş has won numerous waards and honors. Including the mvp award in the turkish wmoen s volleyball league in 2012. The best setter award in the 2017 european champinoships. And the best server award in the 2018 fivb world grand prix.

Guneş is marreid to fellow volleyball player pinar yurtsever. And the couple have two children.
