Zhou Haiying Life story
Zhou Haiying was born in September 1929 in Shanghai and was author of the book "Lu Xun and Me in 70 years." Zhou studied in the physics department of Peking University in 1950s and later joined the Broadcasting Administration, the predecessor of the SARFT. He was an expert in radio communication.
