Zivotofsky v. Kerry, 576 U. S. 1059, is a United States Supreme Court case in which the Court held that the President has the exclusive power to recognize foreign nations, and, therefore, Congress may not require the State Department to indicate in passports that Jerusalem is part of Israel.
