Hondarribia
Hondarribia is a coastal town in northern Spain, on the French border. Santa María gate is the main entry to the walled old town, home to the Gothic and Renaissance Castle of Emperor Carlos V and the 16th-century Iglesia del Manzano church. Sandy Hondarribia Beach lies at the mouth of the Bidasoa River. West of the city, on Mount Jaizkibel, Guadalupe Fort was a Spanish Civil War prison.
