Jung-gu

Seoul's historic center, Jung-gu's cultural draws include Deoksugung Palace, with elegant Korean and European-style buildings, as well as design events at the Dongdaemun History & Culture Park. Large traditional markets sell produce and clothing, while hip boutiques, cosmetics shops, and food kiosks pack the pedestrianized streets in the Myeong-dong area.
