Llandaff
Llandaff is a quiet residential suburb, home to Insole Court, a lavish 19th-century mansion with ornamental gardens. Restored, 12th-century Llandaff Cathedral has a triptych by Dante Gabriel Rossetti and stands by the ruins of the Old Bishop's Palace. The surrounding Cathedral Green, Llandaff Meadow beside the River Taff, and the quaint High Street lined with local shops and pubs give the area a villagelike feel.
