Luján de Cuyo
Luján de Cuyo is a small town on the outskirts of the city of Mendoza, in western Argentina, near the Andes Mountains. It's known for its wine production, in particular for the Malbec grape variety. Several wine routes connect the area's many bodegas (wineries). Nearby, the town of Chacras de Coria is famed for its upscale restaurants. Just south is the Mendoza River, with its stretches of whitewater rapids.
