Rosarita Cisneros, more commonly known as Roberta, is an antagonist from the Black Lagoon manga and anime series. She is one of the most prominent antagonists, and possibly the most fearsome and dangerous combatant, in the series. She is voiced by Michie Tomizawa in the Japanese version, and Tabitha St.
