Rui'an
Rui'an is a county-level city along the southern coast of Zhejiang province, China, and is under the administration of Wenzhou City. It has a population of 1,125,000 people and covers a land area of 1,271 km², 3,037 km² when including water area. Natives of the city speak the Rui'an dialect of Wu Chinese.
