Winterberg

Winterberg is a winter resort town in the western German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It's known for the ski slopes and foot and cycle trails in the surrounding mountains. Sports-training facilities include the St. Georg ski jump on Herrloh Mountain and a bobsled run in an arena in town. Exhibits at the West German Winter Sports Museum include vintage ski, bobsled and ice-skating equipment.
