Houghton Lake
Houghton Lake is an unincorporated community in Denton, Lake, and Roscommon townships within Roscommon County in the U. S. state of Michigan. Houghton Lake is defined as a census-designated place for statistical purposes but otherwise has no municipal autonomy. The population was 3,749 at the 2000 census.
