Numazu

Numazu is a city in central Japan. Hilltop Kanukiyama Park has views of Mount Fuji, and is known for spring cherry blossoms. By Suruga Bay, Deepblue Aquarium has rare species of fish. Ose Beach sits on a narrow peninsula at the tip of the bay. Nearby, Ose Shrine is surrounded by juniper trees. Tiny Awashima Island has a marine park with dolphin and sea lion shows. To the south, trails run to the top of Mount Daruma.
