Within Sector 3 is the lively Old Town, or Lipscani, where the warren of cobbled streets is home to Orthodox churches like Stavropoleos Monastery, with its carved wood features, and 16th-century Biserica Sfântul Anton. Busy bars and restaurants include the belle époque Caru' cu Bere. Local and global fashion brands fill Bucharest Mall, and Alexandru Ioan Cuza Park has the island-dotted Titan Lake and playgrounds.
