Guayas
Guayas is a province on Ecuador's Pacific coast. In the capital of Guayaquil lies Malecón 2000, a waterfront esplanade lined with high-rises, gardens and restaurants. At the northern end, the Museo Antropológico y de Arte Contemporáneo exhibits thousands of artworks and archaeological artifacts. The brightly painted hillside district of Cerro Santa Ana has bars, cafes, and panoramic views from its lighthouse.
