Icicle

Icicle is the name of two supervillains appearing in comic books published by DC Comics: Joar Mahkent and Cameron Mahkent. A version of the character appeared in the fifth season of the Arrowverse show The Flash, played by actor Kyle Secor. This version is Thomas Snow who is the father of Caitlin Snow.
